Worth trying, though if there has been a glitch in the licence issue procedure that won't produce a positive response. Unfortunately, I can't access the licensing servers - or check the licence key retrieval system without Richards personal details, which is why I referred him to Ash, who can.
Richard, - just a thought. I take it you have checked your email system 'spam' folder, just in case the renewal email has ended up in there?
