I am using Chris Mills app.

Pretty sure the wifi stays on but will confirm on my trip home tonight.

Well its not my power supply.  I've just changed to IOS on Ipad Mini (not least as I've wanted to try RunwayHD for ages).  Seems to run very smoothly with collision aware supplying GPS data to pilot aware and my 4g connection stayed alive. Can't seem to get NMEA GPS to output anything though.

I think CollisionAware is pretty robust now for the latest version, and we are also getting very good results with the GPS dongles

Could I just ask you to confirm the settings you are using in NMEA-GPS ?

OK, I think I see the problem, I think you need to change Server Protocol

from
    UDP
to
    UDP no broadcast

The wait icon never disappears and gps data never populates.

I'll keep playing with but it'll only matter if collision aware is pulled
