Hi Paul

We will be producing the operational documentation for Pilotaware Classic and will publish these soon. How to configure SkyDemon will come from SkyDemon its pretty intuitive and they do have some very good content on You tube. If you as a specific question on what you want to do then I am sure there will be lost of advice coming from the guy's who have already done this on this forum

Hi Paul,

For ADS-B and PilotAware(P3I), there is no configuration to be done within PilotAware.
All of the configuration is really within the navigation tool, and really the only thing I think you can alter is the
vertical height warning, this controls when traffic within a particular separation is displayed

for Mode-S there are 2 things to set :-
Mode-S Separation :-
this controls the relative height filter for Mode S warnings (Audio and traffic datasent to the navigation device)

Mode-S Detect
This controls the threshold for signal levels, there is still some research ongoing for the best selection
at the moment I would recommend leaving at medium, if you want to test, put it into the Ultra/Noisy mode
this causes low signal thresholds to provide a trigger

If you look at the 'traffic' menu then you will see the signal strength and whether they trigger an audio/visual
response. Remember this is ONLY for Mode-S, so if the traffic has co-ordinates that is not affected by these
settings

Thx
