Only see Hex code not aircraft registration

At my airfield, a number of us use PAW and Sky Demon. I generally always see their registrations but for one particular aircraft, I only see his Hex code - any ideas why this might be?

Gary, can you send me the ICAO and I will research what it is. Unfortunately, we have no good data source for ICAO to registration lookups, particularly for gliders so we have to do a lot of manual adjustments. to the database.

Ok Gary, I have manually updated our record - it will take a few days to filter through to the basestations and Rosettas.
