Loss of PAW 860-band transmission Solved
« on: November 17, 2023, 10:51:26 am »
Made 2 flights with G_DENS (40263C) on 15/11. Track file shows reception from targets with ACSBP and U, so clearly 860-band reception is working. However there is nothing on Vector or PAW Playback. Any suggestion as to where the fault might lie? All was working for previous flights on 9/11. In an earlier message I had indicated that track files showed occasional breaks though PAW Playback did not. At the Bristol Strut meeting last week Ashley suggested that the SD card may have problems so I am about to try out a new one.

This would be a good idea - a fresh card with new firmware, but before that take a screenshot of your settings on your phone.

Even if it is not the solution, it helps by the process of elimination.

Flew yesterday with a new card; PAW transmissions and track files OK - thanks for the recommendation, Ashley.
