PAW and Firefox browser

Hi All,

I have just spoken to Ashley at PAW who has not heard of the issue, so wondered if anyone has a fix. PAW is linked to Sky Demon on a iPad Mini 4 and I also have Firefox on the tablet. If I'm using SD for navigation and then switch to the browser on 192.168.1.1 to check out METAR, radar view etc. when I go back to SD, it says connection lost. It then re-connects but interrupts the recorded data such as the recorded track of the trip etc.
The iPad has the SD app in the background when switching.

Hi Chris

This is an SD issue, have you asked Tim on the SD Forum ?
I suspect what is happening, is that SD does not continue running in the background

Worth eliminating the browser by using another one for a brief test, like Chrome or Safari?

Does the issue arise when using the iPad split screen, if it is able to do that?
