PAW Tech Support - BRILLIANT

A massive vote of thanks to the exemplary support I've had from the PAW team, particularly Ashley.

Here's the brief story: I upgraded my little Bristell PAW setup by installing the external antenna kit, at the same time doing the whole iGrid update. I then experienced a number of issues that were entirely of my own making; most notably putting the USB plug for my Trig transponder into the wrong USB port. It can of course be plugged into any USB port, BUT I had Port 2 configured for the transponder, and stupidly plugged it into Port 1. What an idiot? Despite that, the support team at PAW patiently helped me track down the problem, remotely logging in to the system and offering suggestions of the best configuration to use. I cannot thank PAW enough.
