Rosetta working great but audio level (set at 10) is very low compared to my old device using the same input. Any sussestions?

1. Direct feed into an Audio panel or intercom
2. Bluetooth Adaptor with appropriate headset.
3. Feed a small amplifier.
If you check through the forum, you should find reports on this.

There should be no difference in the volume between the Pi 2B used in the Classic and the 3B used in the Rosetta. What are you feeding it into?
Some folks get good results putting the following amplifier in series. It has a volume control and is not expensive
