Hi Positiv
We are going to need some more info regarding your setup.
I assume by Sky-Map you are using one of the systems here?
http://www.sky-map.de/. Am I right in assuming you have the MFD and are using the GPS feed from the MFD to PilotAware?
Do you have a USB-RS232 cable from the MFD to PilotAware for the GPS feed which I see on port 1? Sky-Map manual suggests comport 6 with 4800 as the baud rate.
Is there another cable to feed to send the aircraft data back to the Sky-Map MFD via com port 6, the TCAS input? If not I doubt 'GPS' is the correct setting for Port 1, data will need to pass both ways.
Has the PilotAware GPS been disconnected?
Are you also using Sky-map software on a tablet?
Please coulkd you supply screenshots of the PilotAware home page and of the traffic page, while the aircraft is out in the open to get a good signals, and has been rumming for 10 minutes.

The settings you have are also very restrictive.
Mode C/S is turned off by setting it to 'None', try setting to 'Mode CS Filter', change vertical range to 4000 feet (to match the positional contact setting)
In the positional contacts section change the vertical display range to 'less than 20Km'
If the issue is still not resolved, please could you supply screenshots of the PilotAware home page and of the traffic page, while the aircraft is out in the open to get a good signals, and has been rumming for 10 minutes. Also infomation on how the two devices are connected.
