I spent some time to read the referenced sources in this section of their site:

http://www.openflarm.co.uk/From what I understand, all information needed to decrypt and interprete the signals (encryption method and keys are in one of the referenced documents) received from FLARM units have already been made public. Furthermore there is argumentation provided why Flarm should not enjoy any copyright protection on this part of their navigation message.
I would image that with a decrypted Flarm message and the interpretation table which Bit contains Lat/Long/Alt/Speed, it should be comparably easy to implement that into PAW since I guess this is pretty much what also an ADSB message contains...
Could anyone with more technical capabilities than me comment on that please? I´d still very much love to "see" Flarms without their ridiculously expensive Flarm mouse...
