No WI-FI hotspot page 34 build manual

Update   so I followed instructions to page 33 all ok now on page 34 it says you should see PilotAware on your iphone tried 3 different devices still no WI-FI hotspot any ideas?

Which dongle do you have ?
Can you test it in a pc to ensure it is working
