SOLVED! - Cannot find WiFi HotSpot

Hi - have just put my new PAW kit together as per the Quick Start Guide; I cannot 'see' the PAW (in Wifi settings) on either my latest generation iPhone or iPad.  The PAW has been powered up for 30+ minutes; the Green / Red lights to the left of the Antenna flicker intermittently rather than 'alternate'.  Grateful for any advice please.

I would say this is an indication of a power problem

1. Are you using the supplied 20awg power lead ?
2. What is your power source, needs to deliver 2.0 amps at 5v

Bingo!  It was the power source that was not man enough for the job - now using a suitable source and its working.  Thanks for the swift response Lee.  Regards, Paul.
