Testing ADSB receipt

Unfortunately not the weather for airborne testing, so I set my device up inside.  The location was on the floor (1st floor) at Coventry Airport so facing SE (140).  I had SkyDemon set to pick up all altitudes (40K') and it was picking up traffic as far S as Southampton (+14.3) and as far north as Sheffield (+33.3).

I was quite impressed with that from that location.

Apols if this is considered noise.

Any news on the ARF/baro board?

www.pilotawarehardware.com !

The official PilotAware hardware website.

Will be updated on Monday after we have recovered from the show.
Basically, go and add your email, you then get the introductory price on either the whole system, software pre installed, one year license included.

or the introductory price on the shield on it's own.

New radio, 20km PLUS, reliably, consistently, just waiting for CE paperwork completion.
(actually up to 30k, but 20k always)

Those that bought an ARF before the state of the nation address will get a voucher to refund the price of the ARF against a new shield, even though you didn't buy them from us, the thinking is why should early adopters/testers be out of pocket and those that waited to reap the rewards not?

New shield has radio, barometer and all the twiddly bits to make it work.

I'm sure there will be a full update tomorrow, we are just recovering from a very busy flyer show!

If you do nothing else, get your email on the list, at PilotAwareHardware.com

cheers

Dave.
