license renewal

Hi,
I've been trying to help a friend renew his license. His email has changed and he has no access to it anymore. We tried filling the change of ownership form with his new details but have never received anything back from PAW.
I also tried emailing "support" and calling the telephone number published on the website. Any ideas what going on?
