Labelling Significance

Can anyone tell me if there is any significance in the labelling of upper and lower case in the type of signals being received on my ATOM stations?

In other words, why the lower case 'a' and upper case 'A'?  I have seen both with 'local' and 'rebroadcast', so I don't it's lower case because it is rebroadcast.

Nothing essential' just nosey  :)

The first letters are the type of signal received:
O=Flarm
P=PilotAware
M=MLAT (provided by 360radar)
A=ADSB
a=Cap1391

The final letters are if received locally or remotely.
l=received locally
r=received remotely

There are possible combinations:
e.g.
OPA = aircraft is transmitting Flarm, PilotAware and ADSB.
PM = PilotAware and the Mode S is MLATd.
etc

Thanks Ian,

a = CAP1391.  That makes sense now  :)
