No ADSB detection

Hello - I’ve noticed that recent flights are not picking up any ADSB traffic. I checked using Vector. Hex code 4058EA. Where should I check first? Also today is first time flown with the new Wi-Fi dongle connected to my mobile. No idea if it was working. Will download logs later!

I don't think Vector will help with troubleshooting why you're not picking up ADSB. It shows whether the ground stations are picking up ADSB broadcast from your aircraft. I've looked at Vector with your Hex Code and can only see a PilotAware plot, which indicates your aircraft is only broadcasting using PilotAware freq / network. I'm not sure whether this is normal or whether you have an ADSB out device and would expect to see an ADSB plot also?

As far as the wifi dongle is concerned, you should be able to tell whether it is working by looking at the HOME screen where boxes are GREEN on the IP row or RADAR screen where the GSM box is GREEN (see attached picture with yellow arrows showing this).

Admin / experts please correct me if I'm wrong on this since I've only just started using it too.

Yes, I don’t have a transponder. I only checked vector as I saw very few aircraft on my trip to Sandown this morning. Like I said I’ll download the log later. I run SkyDemon on a iPad mini 2 which doesn’t allow split screen so I wasn’t able to check the Green GSM mark in flight.

Also, if you look at Chris screenshot of homepage, you will see there are counters for every interface
This will tell yo how many messages of each type are received
