Help with Bluetooth Settings for audio
« on: May 09, 2021, 12:11:44 pm »
Hi all

I've been trying (unsuccessfully) to link my Rosetta to my Lightspeed Zulu headset.

I'm baffled by the instructions in the user guide, as it only says go to the config page and click on the BT option. This comes up with a list of possible bluetooth options, but using their raw IDs - not helpful in identifying which is which.

Would it be possible for the team to produce a 'Ladybird' step-by-step guide for this function, please.

Thanks

Peter

Belay that.

Spent a while on it today and all now seems well. The Bluetooth connection to the headset did take a .one time, but I'm well on the way now

Worth getting the Bluetooth ID of whatever you're trying to pair with.

When you have the list to pair with in front of you, then you can match up.

For an intercom, e.g. Microavionics, it may only be discoverable for a short period after switch on. If it's on the master switch along with the Rosetta, the pairing period may be over before the boot up and connection to your device for control via the screen are complete.

You may therefore have to reboot the intercom or other device in order to see it.
