Help Cant enter licence key

After installing and running the boot up sequence till it asks for the license key I cannot enter it as it repeats the message License fail for host every second. I cant interrupt it.
Has the timeout reset to zero or something?
Have reinstalled software and it does exactly the same..

Sorry you are having trouble.
Just to confirm, you are trying to enter the license key using the web interface ?

The web interface is accessible at 192.168.1.1 once you are connected to the pilotaware hotspot

Unfortunately still cant open the page although I have connected to the pilotaware wireless.
just comes up you are not connected to the internet

What is your tablet type ?
A few have mentioned issues with android not taking an ip address, can you check your ip address ?

It's an iPad mini.
Everything connects to the pilot aware wifi. Tried on  pc android and ipad.
Pc indicates data being sent and received when interrogated.
Dongle indicates data being sent or received with it's flashing light.

Nothing normally logs onto the 192 address.
Except once! Kept retrying and got a table screen of pilots ware perameters..
Then got the login screen
Entered passcode and it came back with not able to connect to server
Frustrating.
Corrupted data?

You mention a login screen ?
This is confusing, there is no login screen.

You should select the 'configure' button, then on the configure page enter the 12 digit hex license code,
Then select 'save'

Does this not work for you ?

One other question, which usb slot are you using for the wifi dongle ?

Pressed the configure button and entered the hex code but it had lost the data connection by that time.
I have only managed to get to that screen once.
I think the dongle is In the bottom right one if you look at it from the usb side.

I think what you are describing usually comes down to two potential issues

1. Power supply & USB Cable
2. WiFi Dongle

Can you tell me where you obtained each of these items, an http weblink would be useful
