Licence Key Problem

I purchased a new licence and put in the new details on the configure page but it still says my licence has expired, any ideas.

Hi

Have you gone back to the home page or just rebooted into the configure page as this can happen initially.
I usually see the Licence Expired when it first boots back up but then bringing up the home screen brings up the renewed date.

Regards
Alan

I can't remember but I've tried several times, I'll try again.

We have just renewed the licence for our unit. My colleague tried to update the licence key this morning with an android tablet. He is not a techie person and found the instructions very difficult to follow. I talked him through the process over the phone, step by step. Unfortunately he was unsuccessful and kept getting https error when trying to save.
Is this issue just with android devices?
When will the new update process be released?
I would very much welcome a simpler solution for the update process.
I plan to attempt to update the licence keys latter this week with an iPad.

yes it is very annoying and did not exist a year ago when we released the version you are using
and some older android devices do not exhibit this, so I presume it was an update
I reproduced on my Galaxy Tab - and we have a fix in the pipeline

We have the release almost ready to go, we want to coincide with a new iOS App - but we are blocked by Apple at the moment

Hi Lee,

Just to confirm there weren't any problems updating the Licence key with an iPad.
