Bridge Availability & RPi Question
« on: February 24, 2018, 09:30:00 pm »
Hi All

I put together my own Pilot Aware unit in 2015 on an RPi B+ but never got an ARF unit. Haven't flown much in the past year but now I'm looking to get a bridge with licence & have a few questions as I've not kept up to date with developments.

1st question: from what I understand I can connect the bridge to my RPi B+ but won't have audio functionality - is this correct?

2nd: If I get an RPi 2B can I just swap the bridge over to the new unit?

3rd: There's no option to add one to the cart in the store, equally no 'out of stock' message I can see. Does anyone know how/when bridge units will be available?

Finally would just like to say I'm pleased to see how well this project has progressed - well done to all involved!

Cheers

G

1. Correct, but also no mode C/S bearingless targets
2. You can swap it over, but you will need to ask Lee to issue a new licence key.
3. Best Lee or Dave answers that one.
