Tried to connect to PA today and it asked for a password, I don't remember setting one up is there a generic password ?

No, it comes configured as open.
if you cannot recall your password you will need to do a factory reset.
To do this, you will need a USB keyboard and HDMI Monitor/TV
boot up, and when prompted, hit the shift key, and perform a reinstall

Thanks for that, for reasons I can't explain I am now reconnected, even though the problem existed with both my iPhone and mini iPad.
