I’m assuming you’ve checked the cable,but I’ve found the power socket on tha Rosetta can be suspect at times especially if the unit is disconnected often from the power lead.

I’ve checked the browser (Safari) cookies setting and it is not disabled. But my radar settings are not saved. There doesn’t seem to be an answer to the problem

Is it possible to save the Radar screen settings, or keeping the same vertical and horizontal settings. I t always resets to 26nm and 50000ft. I’ve tried using the save option in the config menu but this doesn’t save the radar screen settings. I’m using igrid for my radar screen. Any help greatly appreciated

I’m using Rosetta. The following in the USB ports : dongle, GPS, aircrew, and Wi-Fi. The PAW is powered from the 12 volt cigarette lighter using an Anker QC adapter. Even with the voltage error message on the iPhone the radar screen seems to be giving me all the info it’s supposed to and generally works very well

I’m getting a Voltage error message on iPhone, while using it as hotspot for the radar screen/ I grid.
Everything is green on the Pilotaware Home Screen except red showing voltage error. However the radar screen seems to work very well with all the targets showing and any rain in the vicinity visible.
Also I can get the met and aircraft info up when needed. Any thoughts from the experts out there much appreciated

I had a similar issue. I was using an iPhone8 and SkyDemon. I switched off VPN on my iPhone and all worked with no problem. Hope this might help if you check your VPN settings

Hi In my PA28 the antenna are mounted remotely internally. I attach my polar diagram for you to compare. Obviously it depends on how many flights etc. I don’t think mine is the best result but acceptable.

Just read admin latest post. That’s just what happens with my IPhone 8. The phone has to be on the hotspot page, then no problems.

Hi Peter, Thanks for your reply. It’s not a major problem but you wouldn’t notice it unless you zoomed out. It’s not just mine but also my friends system also.

Hi All, A couple of us at my home airfield have had a magenta line appear on the aircrew instrument since we’ve updated the latest software version. It only appears when we zoom out to above about 10 miles. It appears from the side of the screen and bears no resemblance to our heading/track. Just  wondering if any one else has experienced this. It doesn’t really worry us since we usually have the scale set to 6/8 miles.

The extended menu will only appear when you have a correct dongle ( a compatible one).
I tried a couple of dongles before I received mine from Pilotaware store and none of them  produced a menu. Hope this helps.

Dear Peter, I’m only assuming the extra page on the Aircrew instrument is a Gmeter.. I’m open to any other suggestions as I haven’t tried it in my PA28.!!. Does anyone know of any other changes since the update .

I did the same and it worked for me also. I used my ipad(iOS) and a battery pack. Haven’t noticed any difference since the update only an extra page showing a G meter. Has anyone noticed any further changes?
