Malware bites is blocking access to aircraft data from data.pilotaware.com with the attached info. This happened after a failed connection this morning.

OGN-R PilotAware / Grid network trying to connect

Hi All. Is the network down for some reason? I get the above message on the on the Data screen. I can putty into the pi so my network is OK. I've rebooted and down powered it but still no data.

A few days ago my ATOM web page started not displaying any aircraft at all. I rebooted, changed the SDRs and changed the antenna. It now doesn't show any aircraft above about 10,000 feet. I know this because I also run a Pi Aware station too. As of now pi aware, which uses just the small stick that came with the SDR is showing 7 aircraft, all above 10,000 ft and ATOM is showing 2 at about 2000 ft. Any one got any ideas for me to try.

When watching ATOM has anyone else noticed that some RAF Helo's have flarm fitted as well as ADS-B. Fooled me at first when the helo and glider were in the same place at the same time.

OGN-R PilotAware / Malware blocked airport data

I keep getting a notification from Malware Bites that www.airport-data.com. It says there is a trojan the website www.airportdat.com on the other hand loads OK. Has there been an update and a typo or is there someone trying to hack us. I got the first notification on 02/20/2021 at 12:22.

Hi all
Is it necessary to have a timer restart the OGN PI, I assumed it was to do a check for updates but as these seem to be done at random periods during normal operation.

Had EGNL up for a few days now and it seems to be using a good bit of data, about 200Mb per day. Is this normal?

Once installed with one SDR for PilotAware, can I just plug in a second SDR and antenna and reboot to get ADS-B or do I need to reload the software?

OGN-R PilotAware / GPS input

Is anyone working on adding a GPS input so that a mobile unit is possible. The reason I ask is because at Walney EGNL we can set up shop at any of the three runway intersections. At the moment it is programmed for the centre of the airfield so there will be an error between the programmed and actual position of the receiver. This could be up to 500 mtrs.

OGN-R PilotAware / Trying to update.

My station, Morecambe, is currently running 20180802 and is stable and working fine.. (maybe the aerials need upgrading though). I have tried to install the latest software and it seems to install and run but I can't see any data on the 8080, 8081 and 8082 ports, also using a keyboard and monitor plugged into the PI I don't seem to be able to see data on 50000,50001 and 50002, the commands don't seem to work.
Questions
1. Do I need to enable SSH?
2. Why does the command "$ sudo /root/mount rw.bash" not work.
3. Is ther any way to retrieve my password to the old system.
All help would be appreciated.
