Technical Support / Unable to register and retrieve my first year serial key?

Hi folks,
Unpacked my Rosetta on Christmas morning, but was unable to log on to the system to retrieve my serial key. Entered the WiFi serial number along with my name and email. But keep getting an error message saying ‘ email address and MAC address not recognise
