Thanks Torkie. Ours is out of warranty but I've ordered a replacement from PAW (who, as you say, are very helpful) for £8 including postage, so hopefully that will resolve the issue.

Hi, adding to this thread rather than starting a new one, as I have the same issue (no ADSB signal - red box, "Unavailable" and ) msgs shown).

Is it possible to test the dongle to check if it is the problem, or should I just try a new one?

And if the answer is try a new one, what is the best source of this?

Thanks Paul, that's helpful. I'll make contact with Tom (I don't know him yet) either through the club or via the Flyer forum. Thanks for the offer to help out yourself too, hopefully that won't be needed but I'll let you know if Tom can't help.

Technical Support / SD Card Specification?

Hi, what is the minimum spec for the SD card?

I need to update my software (from a version that doesn't update from USB) and rather than dismounting the PAW and bringing it home I want to load the new software onto a new SD card and take that to the airfield to swap out the old one.

Also, if I have a new, unused SD card is there any need to format it before copying the software to it?
