Title: SOLVED! - it's a zero.

Just thought I'd post this, I've had a few over the last few days.

The license key, it only contains 0-9 and A-F.

If anyone has seen the IT Crowd TV programme they will be familiar with the phrase "have you turned it off and on again"

my current stock phrases that I say before being told the issue...

"It's a zero"
"Use our power lead"

And don't get your 'B's and '8's mixed up. Oh dear I just '8' a 'B' :)
