I have just upgraded from a standard pilot aware to a Rosetta, however the trig now has no info to give me my adsb, the usb lights up and the baud rates are correct I think. Any ideas

Hi Jeff,
Are you sure you have configured the correct USB Port to ‘Transponder Trig’? Which port have you connected your Transponder Lead to? With the Ethernet Port on the left, they are numbered...
E 1 3
2 4
Baud rate in both units needs to be the same - i.e. 9600Baud. If in doubt, give me a call.
Regards
Peter

Hi Pete,
Pretty sure I have them the same rate. I spoke to Ashley who said it didn’t matter what you called them so they are set to auto.
I will check the baud rate on both units again.

As Peter says the correct port needs setting as trig
Thx

Hi again Jeff,
When you’re checking, as well as both being the same Baud rate, the Trig gps data input needs to be set to NMEA0183 - though this must have been set previously as it was working. Worth checking again though.

Hello Jeff,
There must have been some confusion there as I said that it should the USB Settings for the port in use should be set to 'Trig Transponder'.
I recall you saying that you had done this over the phone.
Best Regards,
Ash
