Is there a changelog for the latest build? Sorry if it's obvious somewhere but I couldn't find it.

Yes there is,
If you go to the download section of the forum http://forum.pilotaware.com/index.php/board,4.0.html and click on the update versions, Lee has detailed the changes. You can also download the full package and extract it on your PC. In the root of the file system is a file called CHANGELOG.txt The forum is easier to read.
