I am new to this, please can someone help,
I have bought a PAW but when trying to obtain my license key,I just get a message
"Sorry there has been a duplication or error
-that mac address is not recognised"
I have checked that the code was correct, I have tried to use the contact link to PilotAware but have heard nothing back, I cannot find a contact number, I just want to talk to a human ??????

Hi Bob,

That is very strange, can you let me have your HOSTID and I will investigate.

Also how long ago did you buy this ?
