I have just received my new pilotaware unit today MAC code B827EBA59A33 but I am having trouble obtaining the license key for it. Please can you help. Many thanks.

You need to log onto pilotaware.lode.co.uk.

Select the 1st year license key option and fill in the details. Tip - you need to press enter after each entry to move onto the next line. Your licence code will then be e-mailed to the address you give.

When putting it in, be careful. Characters are A-F and 0-9 only so O is zero. Watch not mix up B and 8.

Thanks for the reply. I have done all that but I get a message saying that the MAC code does not match the email address.

I'm not sure if a key had yet been assigned to the paw unit. Lee has now e-mailed me a license key and it's all up and running now.
