Title: Mac code
Post by: Al Charles on February 18, 2017, 09:59:55 am
Not getting the email with the MAC code

Filling the name and e mail boxes out but nothing happens with the page

Is it an automatic response or will I need to wait for a personal reply ?

Thanks

I have not seen an email sent so I suspect you have not completed the registration process.
What was the last message you had on screen ?

*edit* : just checked the database, you have not yet registered Al

Hi Al

You should receive an email to the address that you supplied when logging onto pilotaware.lode.co.uk. Warren Cobb from the club has already registered from last night. Have another go and see if it works.
make sure your email address is correct and that the MAC Code is correct. Remember no "o"s they are zero's.

If you have any trouble let us know.

Good night last night

Cheers

Keith

On the 'lobe' page I tick the agree to terms box, page refresh - fill in name, page refresh - fill in email address, page refresh - mac code box apprears but no email, looked in all email folders
What am I missing ???
Alex

Hi Alex,

Sorry that your having trouble, try hitting the <CR> Carriage_Retern / Enter key in each line as you type each entry. I think it validates each entry before moving to the next.

Thx
Lee

Al,

You get the MAC code off your PilotAware by logging on to the PilotAware unit's WiFi hotspot. Reading your posts it looks like you have missed that bit. Suggest you re-read the setup guide.

Let us know if you get stuck.

Peter
