Hi when going into wifi on my I pad pilot aware number has only nine digits showing,help,Dave Nixon

Hi Dave,

I take it you have gone into Settings/WiFi.  It is the Pilotaware xxxxxxxxx MAC Code that you need, which should be 12 characters long.

Hi Dave,

You can also go to the home page after connecting to the HotSpot

http://192.168.1.1

This will also give you the HOSTID/MAC address
