Hi,

When it comes time to renew, do you offer multiple year subscriptions, the same as when initially purchased (5 years)

It's not something that we usually offer, but if you want to make a special request we'd be happy to accomodate.

Hi,

Renewal sub paid, I just wondered how is the renewal / extension managed. Will it automatically extend adter the expiry date, do we have to connect the PAW to the net to update the license info,  or is a new code sent ?
