Title: GSM and iPad mini4

I've been running my Rosetta with an iPhone SE as data up link as per my earlier post. I've decided to use an iPad mini4 to do everything. The problem is that when I try set up the hot spot, the iPad drops the WiFi to the Rosetta with a message that Safari can not open the hot spot as it's  not connected to the Internet. Any ideas?

I do not think that you can use the ip[ad for both applications simultaneously?
