Title: P3I box on homepage

I have noticed that the P3I box on the homepage now gives percentages UP and DN [very small numbers] as opposed to numbers of transmissions and signals received.
I can't find this change in the op manual.
It happens on both my PAWs and is on other people's downloads on this forum.
Can you explain what these percentages mean?

This is an RF occupancy rate (or duty cycle)
mostly used for debugging and on the ATOM groundstation for throttling non-essential broadcasts in favor of essential broadcasts.

At first I thought I had a problem, but as always the system works beautifully and all targets show up.
