Hi all,
I hope you are all well and looking forward to the Christmas break.
Recently while flying, I've started to experience numerous GPS dropouts. I have a Rosetta, but as it was an upgrade from the Classic, I have the original GPS dongle. SkyDemon displays numerous red dots. The Rosetta is mounted on a RAM mount in the rear of a PA28 and the GPS dongle is pointing directly to the sky/ceiling of the plane.
I would like to replace the dongle and was wondering if someone could send me a link to one that can be purchased from Amazon/Ebay that would work perfectly and also incorporate any improvements that may have become available since my classic purchase.
Thanks for your help.
Thanks
Rob

Thanks Lee.
I hadn't realised you were now selling from the store.
I'll get a Rosetta specific one ordered.
Thanks once again.

Hi Rob,
If you are getting dropouts, it’s also worth checking that you have your desired connection protocol (rather than ‘auto’) selected in PAW/Configure/Device Connect Setting. This helps reduce the possibility of any connection hiccups between your PAW and your display device. (Don’t forget to save the change).
Best Regards
Peter

Hi Peter,
Great idea - thanks - I'll check that as well!
I've ordered the new dongle so hopefully with that and the config check, all issues should be resolved.
Thanks
Rob
