Morning all..
Just a quick one ..
All of the OGN stations I'm seeing whilst flying are pretty much named OGN-1 - is this normal, or can/should the name be changed (by the site owners) to reflect the location ..?
Just curious..
Thanks

They are all individually named by the site owners. Mine are PWEnstone and PWThame. What you see in navigation apps is a different ball game. The name has to be kept short and I think the number '1' indicates the closest station.

I am presuming you are referring to the RADAR Screen ?
if you are referring to the banner at top right - this is a counter
so it indicates how many ground stations you are currently receiving data
OGN-1 (1 G/S)
OGN-2 (2 G/S)
thx
