Title: Request - analysing the .trk
Post by: neilmurg on June 21, 2018, 11:46:16 pm
Hi, is there somewhere I can get a handy guide to analysing the .trk files?
I'd like to be able to look to see what Mode C (no hex, you've told me that), Mode S, PAw, ADS-B, OGN  the unit has seen.
I would also like to go to a specific time in the flight and see what is seen there
I can see that there's regular data saved, but I don't know the timing cycle, is it every picosecond, second, minute?
I'm sure some of these questions are dumb, but I don't know which ones...
Regards, neilmurg

edit- I found RouteConverter but I'm not great with Unix, so struggling with installing and some Java version issues
INFO: Started RouteConverter Online Edition 2.23.6 from 20 June 2018 for Linux with locale en_GB on Oracle Corporation Java 1.7.0_171 (64-bit) and Linux 3.19.0-32-generic amd64 with 1787 MByte heap
