Title: Using PilotAware on several tablets
Post by: johnty on March 09, 2018, 10:20:36 am
I understand up to four tablet can be used with skydemon. Is this four in total or four at a time? My syndicate has six members all with own tablet all want to use Pilotaware is this possible?

Hi Johnty,

Yes PilotAware allows simultaneous connection of up to 4 different devices. These can be a mix of iOS and Android, tablets or phones and each can use either FLARM (TCP) or PilotAware (UDP) connectivity.

Any number of users can connect to your PilotAware individually. - e.g. all 6 of your syndicate members, but only 4 at any one time.

Do you know you can set your PilotAware ID in ‘Network’ to make it easier to find and connect to your own device at a busy airfield. See the latest manual at www.pilotaware.com

Regards

Peter
