Dear Support, (I have also written this as mail)
I have purchased:
Order #1892 was placed on January 21, 2018 and is currently Completed.
PilotAware Classic × 1 (Hardware arrived)
Now, I try to register the MAC Adress: B827EB69A98A
but it says:
Sorry there has been a duplication or error
-that mac address is not recognised
Now, I ready would like to test the Kit,
so I have tried the 28 day Demo Key.
but it says:
Sorry unavailable
I am really down, cannot use the hardware.
Pls. help as soon as possible!
