Hi Graham,

I'm not sure why it's causing your VECTOR to fail. It's working fine on my end.

Can you try opening it up in a Private Browser with Cache disabled?

I'm using VECTOR on MacOS Ventura with Safari version 16.1, it's working fine for me.

Does the demo aircraft 403BAE render for you at page load?

If so, can you PM me your ICAO so I can try and get it to fail?

Yes it defaults to the 2 metre pair of antennas until another option is selected.

I've spent some time this morning improving the antenna selection on our shop.

You're now able to buy 1M internal antennas in either 1090MHz or 869.5MHz.

I will also try and source an MCX to SMA adapter for the 1090MHz antenna for you.

Hi Kerry,

No problem, simply re-enter the new licence key in the PilotAware configuration settings, and the device will re-activate.

Hi Tim,

A change in Apple iOS/iPadOS 15 platform means that it's preventing the app from downloading the latest version.
An update fixing this issue has been sent to Apple for approval, and will hopefully be available shortly.

In the meantime, please delete the app from your iOS device, and install it again as a fresh copy.

This will make 20220101 available for download.

Hi Peter.

It's most definitely a 0 (Zero), not an O (Oh).

Also, if the PilotAware is already running a valid license, the PilotAware must be rebooted (Turned off an on again) for a new license to be accepted and the new expiry date to be shown.

Hi Peastlake,

The home page is saying that the 1090 SD is "Connected", that tells us that the radio module is communicating with the PilotAware.

Just a thought, are there many transmitting aircraft around you for the receiver to pick up and register?

Also, the external antenna is a monopole, and requires a ground-plane.

RED "Indicates that no packets have yet been received."

If it still doesn't work considering all of the above, please email support.
