Also just to say you need to connect a switch to j8 pin 2 so you can disable in case you are testing other things in the hangar etc in case you don’t get gps in your hangar or the transponder will return failure I need to get a print out of someone’s traffic near me  for caa mod 7 application thanks

Yes I’m using issue 5 and I’m sure I have to select parallel in the ins on the Becker with the 232 connected to pin 8and 9 if I configure the usb to gps I get failure on the Becker but if I select trig it’s fine but I haven’t been able to test if this is working correctly as I don’t have another spare pilot aware to check while I’m out Flying I am speaking to gerhard from Becker tomorrow so hope he shines more light on this thanks for your input

I’ve seen the posts thanks my transponder is new this year serial number good and software good I think the ones that have posted are using a serial encoder looking at the wiring pin outs they are saying to use I’m using a parallel encoder I will contact Becker tomorrow when there technical is back in thanks

I’ve seen some post for connecting paw to the Becker but I think most have used a serial encoder and ground pin 2 in the p9 plug I have a parallel encoder plugged into p9 and pin 2 is a encoder line for me anyone got this working yet with the output results to show it working
