Hi Woody

The trx can be unavailable due to a fault in the trx OR one of the other interfaces, I think that is what Ian was asking

Can you post a screenshot of the home page, or confirm all other interfaces are OK ?

Thx
Lee

Woody,

As Ian and Lee have both suggested, you need to confirm that your unit is showing a positive GPS fix on the Home Screen. If it cannot get a positive GPS fix, the unit will deliberately NOT transmit, to prevent it transmitting erroneous location data.

If your screen shots are too big to attach try reducing the size in for example 'paint' or a similar programme.

Regards

Peter

Thanks guys I'm attempting to re size it now
It does say GPS USB 133 msgs + 154 GPS = FIX sos mode 3D satellites=9
So I guess that's all ok
I think the bridge is not working?
Where do I get it repaired? It's less than a year old?

Hi Woody

Not sure why Dave had not yet responded, I have emailed

Just noticed that your first posting was 16/may/2016
Are you sure your license has not expired ?

We really need a screenshot of the home page to determine any problem such as this
I see Ian posted a link to reduce image sizes

When does the home page say the license expires ?

Thx
Lee

Hi Lee, yes I have ONLY same day upgraded my licence, its due in about a week, that's what I was doing when we realised it wasn't transmitting
I tried posting the screen shot but Image is too large, I have tried posting via the face book page, but it was not allowed as I don't think they want us discussing failures in public?
I will try saving the image smaller any other suggestions?
Yes its a shame Im getting no replies. Not something I expected
I can post the image on Midland Microlighting face book page, as I'm the administrator there!
Ill post it on my own face book too
I will do that so anyone can see it and suggest anything else I can e-mail it?
