Does anyone have any recomendations for fitting external antenna to a sportcruiser?
I was thinking of both on the under belly just behind the seats. How far apart do they need to be?

I've recently fitted external antennas to our SportCruiser on Keith's advice.

On the belly, just behind the seats. One on each side, about 3" in from the side.
The supplied 2M cables are just long enough if you mount the Rosetta on the cross member behind the instrument panel.
I used a spare conduit through the centre console. Tight fit but with a drawstring and some Fairy liquid they just passed through.

I've also suffered fairly frequent Mode C alerts although I've started to learn to ignore them due to the callsign format (e.g. C-0A60) and the fact they appear instantly as a red ring and fairly quickly disappear again. They are random in nature and I'm unsure what triggers them. Usually 100ft below.

We have the same problem. I'm learning to ignore them, but it frightens the passenger.
We have a Garmin GRX327 Mode C.

If there is a fix/Beta available I'd like to try it.
