Hi folks,
Unpacked my Rosetta on Christmas morning, but was unable to log on to the system to retrieve my serial key. Entered the WiFi serial number along with my name and email. But keep getting an error message saying ‘ email address and MAC address not recognise

Hello,
Yesterday afternoon during the phone call, I changed the licencing email and name over and emailed the licence key over to you. Currently, when a PilotAware unit is dispatched it's entered into the licencing software along with the name and email address of the buyer. When requested, we can change the name and email address in the licencing software to the new user.
