Word reaches me that Lee Moore has been nominated to receive an LAA Service Award for aviation safety at this weekend's AGM at Sywell.
-
And well deserved.
-
Yes indeed... Very well deserved..... hopefully such recognition will drive greater take-up of Pilot Aware among the LAA fleet.
-
Rightly so.
-
I don't normally bother to go to AGMs anymore but I will be there Saturday to applaud :)
-
Great stuff ;D

Lee Moore scoops Peter Clarke gong, he was unable to attend so I received it on his behalf, and here it is as modelled by Long Marston's John 'Bomber' Harris
-
Congratulations Lee. Very well deserved :) [/img]
-
Hopefully the first of many....for his worthy contribution to flight safety and innovation !!

With out doubt this design should increase the safety of all light aircraft - especially if more are fitted to more aircraft.
-
I think the warm applause when the award was presented was a positive indication of the level of interest.

Flyer magazine are about to do an article testing various units. Interestingly whilst positive about PA, they see as critical they need for a click together solution from a single source of components. With recently developments this surely is not far away?
