Technical Support / 20190621 upgrade (SOLVED)

I have the original PAW not Rosetta. Ive just tried to upgrade to version 20190621. The extract seemed to work but ive just tried to connect to PAW using 192.168.1.1 but it failed. SD cant see it either. Im not sure whats gone wrong unless it isnt compatible with the old hardware and I have to upgrade to Rosetta to use this version. If that is so can I just reinstall the previous version?

Technical Support / License Epired

I renewed my license before the expiry date on 17th May and have continued to use PAW without a problem until my return flight from Fenland yesterday. I got the failed to establish a connection with the butterfly connect unit. On investigation this morning I find that the home page says License expired. I am assuming this is the cause of the problem. What do I do to get PAW to recognise that I have a new license?

Technical Support / Lost WiFi

PAW has been working well since I purchased it in May. It powers up correctly, I can see the red and the flashing green lights but the second time I used it today the usual WiFi network code was not visible so I could not connect to my Ipad. I thought it may be low power in the aircraft so I have taken the device out of the plane and plugged into a mains charger using the correct USB lead supplied but still no WiFi. I have also noticed when I take the GPS dongle out and hot plug it back in I don’t get the initial green LED flash. I’m sure the dongle is working as I get the green flash when I plug it into my laptop which seems to recognise it.
I have updated IOS on my Ipad but PAW has been working ok since then, but just in case the problem is related, I have also tried to detect the WiFi on another device without success.
Any suggestions how to resolve this?
