Title: PAW bridge not transmitting.
Post by: EricC on November 17, 2016, 05:12:11 pm
My PAW Bridge has stopped transmitting.
All other indications are normal including the TX
counter.

Hi Eric,

That's bad news, though to be fair it's probably had more use than most. Out of interest, how do you know it's not transmitting if the TX counter is still increasing? Presumably you checked it against another unit?

Peter

Comms receiver on 869.525 .  Maximum range about 12 inches between aerials.
The little red light on the Bridge is synchronised with the weak transmission.

Hi Eric,

You have obviously already checked that it has a good GPS fix and it is on Base Station Tx/Rx as the Tx counter is still increasing so I can't think of anything else. Certainly sounds like something in your Bridge has given up the ghost.

I suggest you drop a message to Dave Styles via the 'Contact' page at pilotawarehardware.com. I'm sure he'll be happy to help.

Regards

Peter

Just to let everyone know the contact page does not work on
my Samsung tablet.

Windows 10 works ok.
