Technical Support / Latest Firmware Update

Help:-

Tried to update today using PAW app which has worked perfectly fine in the past.
PAW was working fine before attempted update
Downloaded new firmware
Upload to Pilot Aware appeared to work OK
Restart didn't work through the app so restarted by powering off/on
After restart checked setup through browser and old version of firmware still showing
Powered off/on to recycle and now can see PAW wi-fi but cannot connect trough browser using 192.168.1.1 or paw.local and obviously no connection to SkyDemon.

The unit is origianl classic unit with software licence to April 2023

When do you expect to have the preloaded SD cards to be available on your "Products" page, guess there will be a charge, do you know yet how much?

Technical Support / iPad traffic warning + background noise

Installed new software and flew with it for a few hours, IPad visual warning of traffic flashes up and disappears very quickly so difficult to read warning, is there a way to extend time period warning is displayed and is this an IPad or PilotAware setting if it can be user adjusted.
Also noticed background noise over radio both tx and rx (similar to fast heartbeat) fairly sure it wasn’t there before the upgrade.

Have been getting spurious contacts showing aircraft Reg as G-OO2D or various last two letters G-OO?? With contact at same height and position as my aircraft with red warning circle.

Any ideas what's causing this?

General Discussion / Installing in EuroFOX

Has anyone installed in a EuroFOX mounting external antenna if so any help,you can give me on where to get antennas from and best place to mount would be appreciated.

I know the documentation gives quite a bit of info but I'm not that technically minded so any help with suppliers and part numbers would be a great help

Technical Support / Hex ID / Flight ID

I think I have configured correct with my hex id and flight ID but constantly getting warning of VERY close proximity aircraft when nothing close or nearby so think it's alerting to my own transponder - any suggestions?

Technical Support / Filtering out high level traffic

New to this, running Pilotaware with Skydemon, searched the forum and can't find answer. Is it possible to filter out high level traffic from Skydemon display as obviously have no interest in a commercial airliners at high level when flying at say 3000'
