Technical Support / Issues getting license - that mac address is not recognised

Hi,
inititlly i ordered a 28day trial key and now i can not get a 1 year key as the website states that "-that mac address is not recognised".
My MAC Adress is B827EB7A4976 . Can you please make sure i can get the 1 year key now.
It's pretty urgent. I want to use PA today for a longer trip!
